At GSO, we take pride in the quality of our groceries. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of many grocery items, returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery for fresh items and 7 days for non-perishable goods.

  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be unused (for non-perishables)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify the delivery rider immediately or contact our support team with a photo of the item for an instant replacement or refund.
